The Canadian Certificate of Airworthiness does not expire, however it can be made invalid in the following conditions:
-Incorrect or insufficient fuel is used for the duration of flight.
-The Aircraft is found to be operating outside the limitations expressed by the manufacturer in the Pilot Operator's Handbook.
-Airworthiness Directives are not followed.
-Maintenance Schedules are not followed.
-Survival Equipment, such as a First Aid Kit is not carried on board.
The Canadian Certificate of Registration does not expire, however it can be made invalid in the following conditions:
-Aircraft is destroyed, decommissioned or the owner is deceased.
-Aircraft is exported from another country
-Owner has changed permanent addresses.
-Aircraft lease has changed.
-Aircraft is sold.
