Haha I know! Every drawing there was done by hand since the building was constructed before the age of computers. Pretty crazy when you think about it! Super satisfying shots, solid stuff. |

Thanks! And yes, I'm sure someone will grab this building up sooner or later. There was a charter academy that was going to buy the building. We were told they had a great plan for using the building but the financial plan wasn't of the same caliber... I love decay, but it's a nice break to see a pretty much pristine building every once in awhile. Great job with this one man! |
I completely agree. Decay is great but every so often a pristine, well-kept building is worth checking out! I should mention that we got permission to explore this place because of how well-cared for it is. They even turned the pendulum on for our visit!
