Hey guys, I just found out about UER so I thought I might as well check it out. I did most of my adventuring out in California, but now that I moved to Colorado for college, I've been having trouble finding new spots. So now I'm going to try to become a full member here to hopefully meet other people and share/ find locations around CO. If you guys have any tips on how to become a full member more quickly, definitely let me know!!

A few tips, passed to me from a mod and from me to you: Don't focus on full membership. Be active on the forums, get out and look for places to explore, and just be a positive presence. If you focus on just getting to the full member database, you'll probably be a bit disappointed with it. The bigger thing to know and remember, UER is a community, and most people have been talking and exploring together for years. The easiest way to be accepted in is to be active and fit in. It would help if you have some pictures of your older explores, as part of being a full member is being trusted. The best thing you can do is find someone on ue thats local, and explore with them, and make a good impression with them. From what I know, full membership is cool to have, but not worth the hype. Don't be discouraged, this community is still a great resource and if you stay with it you'll meet some great people. Also, you might find the posts stickied at the top of the page in the rookie forum quite useful. I remember a lot of information from there, and the rest is personal observations from being on the forum and observing for a while. If you have questions, the basics of the site are in the rookie forum, but anything else dont be afraid to message someone, as most people here are pretty cool. Hope this helps!
