The moon bay marina in Kitimat was closed in June 2010, Land owner Rio Tinto Alcan was committed to the principle and core values of the company’s Environment Policy.
This is quite ironic, after polluting the valley for the last 60 years, killing every second tree in the area, polluting the Kitimat River delta end of the channel and infecting every second old timer with cancer. At last they have become a responsible corporation and kicked out those evil ecoterrorists and irresponsible boat owners out of Moon Bay.
