If any one in the Canton Ma area knows someone who found a camera at the intersection of Washington st & rt138 in Canton MA, Ill give cash reward for my gear back. I know its a slim chance but crazier things have happened.

Thank you

IN the bag

A65 w/kit lens, 35mm 1.8, extra battery, 10 stop ND filter and lens blower and cloth. Also 4 little skeleton figures.

I drive a convertible, got up early, put the top down, put the camera on the collapsed roof wich is sort of a shelf for light weight things with the top down. forgot to pull it into the car when i got going and it fell out. SOme one caught up with me to let me know it fell out so i went back it was all ready gone within 5 minutes.

I know it was dumb but still id like to get it back.

I left a post on Sony's FB page saying how much I loved mt A65 and if anyone was every considering a Sony camera I had great results(A37/A65). Their VIP of customer relations messaged me on FB telling me he felt sorry and how much Sony appreciates their Alpha shooters. He said no promises but he will try to help me.

Few days later customer support from Sony sent me another message saying they want to help replace the A65 and to expect a call from the executive office in the next 48 hours.

I never left that status in their page with intent to get free gear. I personally have always had great results from every Sony thing I have ever owned since I was young.

Ill Keep you guys posted and thanks for the offers and responses. I forgot how much my out look on the world has changed since i got my camera.

Thank you.

Wow, that's a really nice offer from Sony! At least you'll end up with the same camera again. Sorry about the loss of everything.

Sony offered me a replacement refurbished A65 with lens for $450. It not a bad deal from what I can tell and im not in a position to get a new one anytime soon.

I took Sony's offer. The sent me a refurbished A65 and it is mint. Came with kit 18-55 a strap and battery/charger. Looks brand new, not a single blemish. It was only $420 plus tax and they over nighted(free)it to me.

That was cool of them as they didn't have to do anything for me. Hopefully in the next few weeks ill be getting back into some places and put up some shots.
