| | | Hello, here's some photos I took on my most recent adventure. This is my first time posting here but I wanted to get some critique. These were what I thought came out best. 1. 2. 3. 4. (I hope I attached the images correctly..) Any tips on composition and editing would be much appreciated.

| | | Cool pictures. I've wanted to explore a school for a while, I hope I'll get around to it soon enough. I don't think there's much to fix in terms of composition. I like to throw in an odd close-up once in a while to spice things up, but that's really up to your personal tastes. You could also try to focus on an object more, ie. the chair and desk in your first picture. Try it and see what you like. The one "flaw" that is more obvious are the blown lights, apparent in picture 3. It's a classic problem with long exposures and dark places with windows. If you don,t have / can't be bothered with multiple layers, try and shoot with a higher ISO, so you don't have to expose as long, you'll often get a bit more details in the shot. There's also the lightroom sliders, and though they can't magically bring back information for pixels that have been whited-out, they're often impressive. The ones most likely to help you are the 1. Exposure compensation; 2. Contrast; 3. Whites; 4. Highlights. It's also worth it to check the HSL's Luminance tab, and mess with the colours until you get the right feel. Best of luck!
