|  | | | I've been interested in UE for a while and decided to grab a friend and try it out.
1.
There were rumors of renovations, but the school was still pretty overgrown and relatively untouched- as far as I could tell.
2.
The school was boarded up well enough on the ground floors, which didn't do much to prevent entry, but did make the first floor fairly dark.
3.

There were lots of decaying chalkboards, peeling paint, and various other surfaces that had pretty interesting textures/colors that they'd developed during the decay.
5.
The bathroom on the upper floor was very cool. There was minimal debris, and mostly peeling paint and plants that were reclaiming the area.

Never said they are doing demo. I said they are working real hard to keep people out which leads to a demo.
