| | | Chester WV Warehouse < on 8/23/2009 6:03 PM >
| | | On my way to Gretchen's Lock this weekend i passed what looked like an old rundown warehouse. It's located in Chester, WV right before the bridge on rt 30 that takes you to Ohio. Does anybody have information on this place? Thanks in advance

| | | Hoping to get there again very soon. As of right now i don't have any. Was seeing if anybody knew its current status before i took the trip again. Just realized this is in the wrong zone thread. If a moderator could kindly toss this into the Great Lakes Thread please [last edit 8/24/2009 3:58 AM by CagedPsycho - edited 1 times]

| | | Actually it should be in the mid-Atlantic. It's just dumb luck hat it happens to be at the confluence of the three areas. I used to live in E. Liverpool, and we pass through fairly regularly and I lick the car window every time I pass that place. I looked at the bird's eye view on Bing Maps and it has cars in front of it but it sure looks abandoned. Perhaps I can convince my wife we need to go to the Homer Laughlin outlet in Newell again to give me an excuse to go.

| | | I had the same reaction as we were driving by. I had to be redirected by my friend so i didn't crash on the bridge i was so distracted. It's a shocker to me that this place is suitable for any kind of business. The roof looks like it's caved in in about half of the building.

| | | It was/is the TS&T pottery factory. They abated, gutted, and demo'd back in 2008 but I guess never finished. Was a very cool place 3 years ago, but as of last winter it was an empty shell. If there's not much else in your area take a look but I wouldn't get your hopes up. http://www.reviewo...7338.html?nav=5007
