Cracks in the plaster above the windows are from straightening the building.

Some other things done to the building so far:
Exterior restored to original colors/condition
Windows/trim restored
Filling in/digging out different parts of the basement
Re-mounting a large door on the back to it's original position
Repairing/sealing the roof
Rebuilding bell support towers
