unorganized highlights:
*casino. gambling. woo!
*paulding light. looks light headlights. i don't believe they are. i need to see proof of roads. and how far headlights will shine.
*a long long walk into the woods. creepy noises. being the only ones there even though it always says there are tons of cars there. people wanting to turn back, but not being willing to. over barrier one. a creek with two thin logs over it to cross on. over barrier two. can't see the lights at all, but kept walking. followed the powerlines back. swampy wetness. kept going. telling scary stories and talking about random things. keep going. travis talked about a headwall. where you are walking in the woods and all of a sudden it gets really really dense and there is some sort of unnatural sign and it's really really bad if you cross it. well we keep walking (we're probably like a mile and a half in at this point, but i really can't judge distance for shit), and the forest gets really fucking dense and there is an "x" out of the branches. so we don't go beyond that, toy with the idea for a bit, but it freaked me out a bit. plus others had been wanting to go back the entire time. and most of our feet were completely soaked. so we headed out. found a road followed it. my eyes were playing tricks on me with sparkling lights. told more scary stories and talked about weird things. eventually turned around and went back. it was a good time and a nice adventure. scary, but suprisingly i was one of the ones wanting to keep going. i was a little disappointed by the actual light. and a little disappointed by not getting closer towards it or figuring the mystery completely out. shawn says its headlights. i still don't buy it.
*driving around for a lookout tower. didn't find it. DID find a creepy ass shack.
*BADger strip club. complete with HUGE log shaped garage with a badger on top.
*t.j. grizzley's pizza. so good. so full. we ate A TON. lots of bear jokes and ghost jokes thanks to travis.
*i have a lot more to say, but i'm currently really tired, so more will follow. perhaps a more coherent write up or perhaps not. whatev.
