Hello. My alias is drawnaway. I spent most of my photography days exploring the Hudson Valley area of New York State. I am a photojournalism major at the Rochester Institute of Technology so now I spend most of my time exploring the abandonments of Rochester, NY.
I am mostly interested in exploring and photographing institutions such as hospitals and schools. Factories are fun except when repetitive. Old houses can hold secrets nobody else will ever come across. In fact, that's what I mostly look for when finding places to explore: the SECRETS.
I shoot my stuff using mostly a Canon Digital Rebel XT and a 35mm Olympus OM-1.
