Foyer, grafitti is not as bad as I would have expected. For those of you that don't know, Yonkers in general is a pretty tough town that borders the Bronx, the "bad part" is only a few miles south. I was expecting people living there, grafitti, and lots of damage. Even with doors wide open, it is not a popular spot.
