The hotel was used for the movie "Sweet Lorraine" - a rather boring, yet sweet film about the Catskills, and the demise of the resort industry. The outside looked rather like it does now, but the inside was fixed up enough to look livable. People who have gone in say it's obvious where they filmed and where they didn't.
