Dum Dum Bridge Room 10th June 1998

Dum Dum Dah Dum (4D) is located on a bridge over the UA City State Highway 19 Express way. It is accessible via a small manhole in the footpath. The manhole has been greased for easier access. A short ladder descends down to a walkway suspended about seven metres above the ground below. The walkway is really shaky, being suspended from the roadway above.

Descend the ladder from the walkway to the ground then enter one of the cavities in the concrete wall where you will find another ladder leading up into the bridge rooms proper. There's about nine rooms, connected by small crawl holes. Last time I visited there were a whole series of musical instruments set up in the bridge. The air in the bridge room is pretty stale at most times.

Over the years many explorers have left their tags here

I am not sure if this is the same Bob who later drowned.

Second ladder, leads up into the main bridge rooms.

Top of the ladder. This bridge room is a monument to the infighting of some urban explorers. The tag on the wall was for Emor, but some one else changed it to Themoron. This is out of pure vindictiveness and malice against Emor, who does not deserve this sort of thing. It is not good for exploring.

One of the big featureless bridge rooms. The air up here is bone dry and dusty.

More malice by some explorers, changing another of Emor's tags and scribbling over his motto: Cheese is the question.

And again. Note the blotted out names in the list on the left, and painted over tags on the walls.

Some sort of musical instrument
