2004 World Trip

The 2004 world trip was supposed to be another ten week, around the world trip. But for various reasons I ended up cutting it short in New York. This was mostly because the person I had arranged to stay with did not bother to check my shedual, and only days before I was due to get there, told me I could not stay the entire time. While accomodation was avaliable, it was at a budget I could not afford. I didn't feel right burdening others to put me up at short notice, so I returned home to Australia, taking up the option to bring my flights forward and rerouted one to fly the remainder of the way around the world in two days of flights.

I did at least get to explore North America, and got to meet many people whom I would never have been able to explore with otherwise. The highlight of the trip was definetly the urban explorers meet in Toronto in early June 2004.
