Krall discovered a tiny hole in the floor of the silo room, which offered a nifty view of the Quick Way Down. I'm pretty sure that the vehicle you can see here is the Brinks Security truck which has started inexplicably hanging out at the plant all the time. They're probably doing something important so we did our best not to disturb them when we entered the building.
