Kind of sad...

This treatment plant was the FIRST place I ever explored when I got into urban exploration back in college. It held a special place in my heart for that reason. It was easily accessible and I always seemed to find something new every time I went. I loved it so much, in fact, that I did some engagement photos with my wife after we were engaged. I haven't done any kind of exploring in about 7 years or so, but happened to be in the area recently and was amazed to find just an empty field with chest-high grass growing where massive concrete walls and retaining pits used to be. It's honestly a little sad to me that it's gone, though I know it's part of progress and that all things must come to an end.
