Been seeing this fore many years [white house] .I saw an article in the daily herald news paper .When me and my friend were going to north west electric supply for his 100 amp subpanel in his garage we drove by and i said dammit i missed this ITS FENCED IN .On a Sunday i decided to drive there and WALLA THE GATE WAS WIDE OPENED so i ceased the opportunity . When i got inside my hear skipped a beat.

In 1990 i was checking out a railroad bridge that i read about in the herald that was dropping bolts on cars going under it. I was walking by the rubble of American national can co ,walked by a large transformer i almost tripped over this VERY LARGE MAN lying on the ground i said im sorry [thought he was sleeping] .I looked back THIS GUY WAS STARK NAKED WITH ONLY HIS SOCKLESS SHOES ON ,HIS CLOTHS LYING NEAR BY .His ears were turning blue ,FLIES LAYING EGGS IN HIS OPENED MOUTH .I NOTICED TIRE TRACKS LEADING UP TO THE BODY.I checked out the bridge and then started running back to my car on the busy highway [though he was murdered and if some one saw me theyed shoot me to].I drove very recklessly to mount prospect to see my friend i just now in 2020 did the 100 amp subpanel for [hes was a Mount prospect police officer]. He took me in the car and took me to the court house i started getting really angry and said THIS IS NO JOKE.He took me to the American can site and he said THIS IS A DEAD BODY ALL RIGHT THEIR GOING TO GIVE YOU THE FIRST DEGREE [Des plaines police department].Des plaines showed up with at least 19 cars my friend and i went to the interrogation room They said WHAT WAS I DOING THERE,My friend explained i like to look at transformers ,old bridges and structures.They offered my free counselling [i should have taken it] .I really injured my back running. My friend pulled some strings and the CAUSE OF DEATH WAS DRUGS & EXPOSURE TO THE COLD.THIS GUY [FRANK] WAS DRUG ADDICT AND SUFFERED FROM EXTREME PARANOIA & SCHIZOPHRENIA god rest his soul hes in a better place now.I finding the body saved his family some grief ,they had a normal wake funeral. This effected my for a long time.

Ive known my friend since 1978 told him he has major electrical issues .He told me im correct.I studied how to do electrical wiring he talked to my parents. I installed a 100 amp service & rewired most his house built in 1914 when i was a junior & senior in high school. He knew an electrician that got the permits i ended up getting my electricians job from this guy he knew. Me and my retired Mt prospect police officer friend are best friends still to this day. When i did the job in high school i took not one cent for all my work .This guy was in trouble with a major fire hazard i just wanted to help him out and not see him and his family die in a horrible fire. That old farm house was balloon construction with no fire stops IT WOULD HAVE GONE UP VERY FAST IN A FIRE.
