I've been to this location several times, it's one of my favorite places. It's rather easy to get in, but not being seen going in is the trick. Very cool place over all. I've been day and night and it always seems pretty empty and safe, but there is definitly evidence of someone doing something in there that looks an aweful lot like satanic or Wiccan rituals in the 3rd floor, there are tons of candles, fresh cigarette butts, etc, and they've always been moved about, so I'd be careful going at night.
