I hit this place earlier this week and its cleaned out. Most of the massive piping and water-moving apparatuses were gone. The place has been boarded up, fenced in, and cleared out (after a fire and 120 lbs of Mercury was found there - see media coverage). There is a giant dumpster there as well and I am sure it is full of the once treasures of urban exploration. The layout is amazing and nothing can take that away, but once you get there, you're there and there is only so much you can shoot.

It is still worth the trip and I had a great time, but I can ascertain that it is not the place it used to be comparing my experience to the pictures added in previous galleries.
