The owner of this property resides somewhere close in the area.

We were staging a photoshoot at the location several years ago (when the adjacent barn was still standing) - and the owner showed up in his pickup truck. Nice guy - had no problem with us being on the property at the time. Once he saw we were only doing photography and not trashing the place, he left.

I'm surprised the old packing crate is still there, heh.
