Edmond_Dantes and I were in the area and noticed some old apartments that had been condemned. I grew up in this area, so I knew from driving past that these apartments have been empty for some time, and back when they were livable, were used by crack heads mostly.

We decided to take a closer look. It wasn't really outstandingly cool, but interesting. There was a lot of fire damage to some of the buildings, which is in part why the buildings were condemned. Arson is suspected judging by the sign in the window of the front office. 'If you have info about the fire, please call xxx-xxxx. 1000.00 dollar reward.'

There was a guy mowing grass around the ditch between the parking lot and the highway. He didn't seem to care we were there. We did see some big guys with a truck and trailor walking around. We weren't sure what they were doing. They seemed to be cleaning up, but by the looks of the place, it was pointless. I suppose they could have been looking for copper or things that could still be used or sold, but I'm not sure. They saw us once, but by the time they could get back to where we were, we left.
