I just happened to stumble upon this location as I was trying to find a way in to another location I have been scouting for the last couple weeks. The property is located on a dead-end road in the industrial section of the town. Located down this road are some construction companies, a Printer Ink Cartridge manufacturing company and the old dumpsite.

The property has not changed very much since the last time I saw it. There is still broken glass along the side of the building that has yet to be cleaned up, and the equipment, now starting to rust hasn't been used in 2-3 years at least.

There is not much to the property to view. The building is locked down tight, and the windows are all boarded up. The only thing that could be interesting would be the climb on the old equipment and the catwalk above the equipment.
