The diamond in the rough.

So DJ Malign and I travelled far and wide in order to make our way to a house that Malign had found. On our way to the house I spotted this weird looking archway. We continued on to the house, UE'ed it, and made our way back. While going back home I saw the arch again and Malign saw it too. We decided to check it out. Man, did we hit the goldmine.

At first glance we were pretty freaked out. These three old houses just sitting there all amityville like. Upon further inspection we determined it used to be a park. This abandoned park is flat out amazing. Our cameras were pretty packed as it was the last location to be hit in a string of about six in one day. So my first trip only has a few pics. Anywho. We explored the gate building, the three main houses, the two apartment style buildings, and the small stage building. We started making our way further down the trails to see more stuff. My lowriding compact car didn't so much like the natured up mud trails. We got as far as we could and then started walking. We saw one other building that was later determined to be the bath house. After walking for a bit we decided to leave and to visit again at a later date.

While leaving down the one lane exit road we come around the last curve and see a car blocking the way.....then the cop car behind that car.....Both of us said fuck. The cop then got in his car, moved out of the way, and waved us by. A truly awesome end to the trip. DJ Malign then snapped a shot of the archway with the cop in the shot. Truly awesome.
