I watched in one of my classes and the jackass next to me thought it was funny. I'd like to see his face if I came at him with a machete. No one really can grasp this sort of madness so they cover their ignorace by laughing at it. Most people in the room said that if some rebel trid to kill them with a machete they would "laugh", I found that insulting.

There was an attached hotel for various people to stay in from out of town. I got the feeling that the various representatives didn't live in Kigali all the time, and had various villages that they actually called home.
