Reminds me instantly of the Meadowside Granary that we once had in Glasgow. Touchy subject that though.

I personally think the demolition of the Granary here in Glasgow was a crime - it was a huge landmark for the city and now in it's place lies just ur usual mass-produced luxury apartment block.

I'm sure I drove past this place when I was in Oxford on business the other week... is it near a motorway? Back down again next month, might check it out.

Don't bother. Last time we went, we couldn't go below the top floor, as the whole place has been sealed off for asbestos removal (which by the looks of it has already happened. We didn't wear our masks on the top floor thinking we were safe, but both me AND Beagle had prickly sore throats for weeks afterwards.

You don't get pricky sore throats from asbestos - i.e. not more than from normal dust or so...
