Shit, do one of those 5.5in drives have a floppy in them. If you can find anything (that still works) ther might be some cool applications/data on them.

Are we sure these are PCs ? They look like old CPM machines.. Like the 'SuperBrain' model of CPM / OS Machine ?
I loved mine.. Till it went senile.

With two drives, they are probably not PCs? Bootable device config needed in one, and app in the other? No idea really.

Superbrains? I remember reading about those... with the 90-day warranty that started when the unit was shipped from the manufacturer to the warehouse. As many a customer found out to their dismay, they opened up the box, found their unit dead-on-arrival, and were thereupon told that the unit was out of warranty!!! (Nice marketing tactic that!)

I am pretty sure those are Okuma's. I found one at work. It was used to control a piece of equipment in our machine shop. One of the floppys has to be a boot disk and the other is the application.

any floppy disk that old and exposed to elements is long past "useless" to get data from.

you would be amazed with floppies, I have one from 1994 that I have thrown around, left in hot cars, and not treated very well like a floppy should be treated normally, and it still functions fine! any others I have bought/used have failed since then, but not this one!
