They don't look like pressure vessels to me, but I'm not really sure what they are. Industrial water heaters?

Looking at the fittings and plastic pipes I'm thinking these might be water filters / cleaners.

They may be vacuum units... They drop the water level in the unit, and it creates suction for the patient rooms for saliva, clearing airways, etc.

I can't see any out, aside from the bottom there, but it's not hooked up, so, not sure about water filtration

I don't think these are for medical vacuum. Normally it's a charge sphere and a compressor used for MV.
Also, the industry standard colour for a MV tap and chamber is yellow - these are green with blue taps. Blue normally denotes cold water?
