I stuck one up my nose once by placing my head on the desk and inching upto it.
My 'friend' then turned the gas on.
Oh happy days.

Nah... I felt a little high and a little more sick for a while after though.
UK Gas is mostly natural gas with a smell additive added that is quite stinky...

Yeah, we have the same additive here for our gas. Makes it smell like rotten eggs so that you will be warned immediately of any leaks! Natural Gas without the additive is colourless and odourless but still very explosive.
