I have the original blueprints that show where the pumps/lines everything. The well is very deep and feeds off the cancal the runs in under the cement pad infront of the building. Plus the old maintenance man for the building told me about the system. We spent a week with the city trying to figure out where the water lines come into the building. There are none.
