Another long exposure, somewhat blurred (I didn't have a tripod with me -- I was going out with mainstream friends afterwards, and I was already packing a huge backpack full of gear they shouldn't even know I have).

My tripod is very heavy and it's shared with my father (who mounts a Kiev 88 on it). Not for a quick, light exploration.
On the other hand, people are less likely to think you're up to mischief when you enter an abandoned property with a metric ton of photographic equipment, and nothing says 'professional photographer, just doing my job' like a big tripod. :)
