respect is of utmost importance in the culture, that's how it's possible. (for those who couldn't figure it out)

I have respect, but a fully stocked abandoned bar would probably push even me into temptation..

is this really a respect issue? you arent damaging the place by pouring a scotch...

Just changing the place and stealing that one drink. In terms of respect, assholes would drink all the booze and then go on a rampage and completely destroy the place just for the sake of destruction.

personally, i see more respect in grabbing that bottle of glenfiddich and pouring yourself a shot, then cleaning the glass and replacing it and the bottle. giving just a bit of life to a dead place.

Forget the Glenfiddich, what about the 25 year Suntory! Ringa-ding-ding...
(Seriously though, it never occured to me to do anything other than take a photograph.)

Uh, I really wouldn't drink any of that booze. If impropertly sealed, booze can go bad over time. You can get REALLY sick from drinking it.

If there was any unopened, expencive Western stuff lying about I'd have to take it so no idiot got piss loaded off of good stuff that he downed in one sitting before smashing the bottle. I like bottles.
