5 / 26   Building#23 Structural Problems 1.JPG

Description
As I mentioned, there were structural problems with the building. The red lines indicate where the second floor sagged and the third floor was tilted. While not visible to the naked eye, I could feel it through my feet. The window with the red box was the window to the room where the ceiling had collapsed and I could actually see sunlight through the hole. The ground and attic floors appeared sound and same for the fire escape. When patrolling, I would have to climb the fire escape and check to make sure the doors were secure. The ONLY time I entered the building was if there were any signs of break and entry. At the time, there were none.
