There's an engine there, but it seems a little small to drive something so big.

With gearing like that im sure it would be doable. Would anybody care to guesstimate the gear ratio here?

The only ones I can find are anywhere from 5:1 to 20:1, so I'd take a guess around 19:1 or so.

Add the ratio of the visible gears to the ratio of the gearbox behind the graffiti sign, and then to the ratio of the pulleys from the now-missing motor and you get a tremendous reduction in speed (resulting in a huge torque amplification). This was probably driven by a relatively small electric motor (20 HP perhaps).

yeah its a small kiln you can see the tires on it but normality the small gear is under oil and the gear is covered with a guard
