Description
Another sight seen at tanneries. This one seems much nicer and more high tech than the one at AF Gallun. Kind of hard to tell from the picture, but this is huge, and at one time spun.

  Wow ! Was it closed to the "paste" distributor? In that they put the rough skins and mix it with abrasives to soften..
Thats what I was told..

  Very impressive ! And it's not abrasives but lime in one process (in the beginning) and tannic agents in following process

  Dirty Jobs did a show on a tannery. I dont thing I want to work in one!
