Yes, old and abandoned buildings are being protected everywhere else, excpet in Russia...heh :)

This building was abandoned about 15 years as I know. In Russia they protected too! But not everyone.

Yeah, even here where we have 'listed' 'protected' buildings, they still mysteriously burn down / lie and rot.

Here too....It takes so much time to give a patrimonial status that by the time it gets it ,it's too late...It falls by itself or burn or is demolished because it became too dangerous etc....big nonsense
