Description
A pile of clothes that feel through a ceiling. Strangley, we were pretty far away from that other room where we discovered all those other clothes. Plus, this is ground floor, and that was the fifth floor. So basically, this place must be full of rotting clothes.

What is up with all these clothes? Maybe it was an old salvation. Army place or something.

were the piles of clothes baled up with wire? we found a few levels in the packard plant, in detroit, that had old clothes that were compressed and baled. very odd.

Maybe the clothes were baled for a reason. This place could have been used for a salvation army type of gig where they ship the clothes over seas for a program like "save the children" or something.
Shipped out via barges etc.

Sucks to think how many people could use those clothes...

Sadly most clothing donations end up in skanky warehouses to get rapidly sorted into "keep" and "scrap" piles. The scraps are sold to become rags and the keeps are baled up and stored until they can be sent somewhere cheaply.
Perhaps the clothes being stored here got wet/mouldy and then abandoned.
