I thought that looked like Sono tube. And it looks like a chain contolled engine hoist on the left hand side.

The sonotube is def shrink wrapped. That's the reason I asked the original question. It looked like the entire pile of junk was saran wrapped.

It remembers me a former garage where I used to work in during my high school years. They have a parts inventory and someone's junk in there. Is was so complicated to find a wanted replacement part. So, we're always going to NAPA store to buy it!
