Phase I is in the Gault Building. Phase II will be in the actual Lowney Building and Phase III will be in a new building built next to Gault...

no.. that wont be the first rooftop pool.

The hilton bonaventure has a pool outdoors on their roof that runs 365 days a year with a tunnel to go inside. they have the same setup on the roof of gallerie de parc roof. It used to be super easy to get on the roof of the one on parc ave and we used to go at night sometimes by climbing up there.

It was a known fact for phase 1 buyers that a new building would be built for phase 3.

uncanny, eh? My uncle bought into one of the original towers on Nun's Island in the 70's. He had a spectacular view of downtown for about 10 years. Now he sees the buildings in front of him.
