From 1965 - 1968, I was a student nurse at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. During our second year, we had to spend 13 weeks in a psychiatric rotation. Union Memorial was the only non-Catholic hospital who went to the Seton Institute. I was there from September through December 1966. This was the residence for Union Memorial's students. It was a converted stable and was named Marion Court. The other student nurses lived in a three or four storey brick building opposite the main hospital. An underground tunnel connected them. I've walked in that dark tunnel many days and nights...
