Why both at half mast ?

Flags around here have been at half mast since Ronald Regan's death.

The Union Jack is displayed at Fort Henry, paying tribute to the British role here. As busy said, the Stars and Stripes are at half staff because of Reagans's death. It is confusing with these forts, because they will fly the U.S., British, French, and sometimes Iroquois nation flag. Ticonderoga has more flags than you can count. The French built it, the Brits took it, the Americans took it from them, the Brits took it back. E.t.c.
