1 / 13   Lake George 61204 002.jpg

The current (yet still unused ) name for gaslight village: Lake george action park. Like I said, I thought this place was open last year, but I avoid the LG village like the plague. The joint is for sale.

me and the mob here have gone to this place... their carts were junk and way underpowered (probably for insurance)... never liked this place. Never realized this is what Gaslight Village had become.

They're asking an un-Godly amount for this place. Too bad, would be awesome to turn it into a "Downtown Disney" sorta thing...right there in the village. They'd make a killing.

I lived in LG last year as well as visiting every year as a kid. I used to go to Gaslight village, but didn't realize that 'action park' was the very same place until I actually lived in the town. I'd love to see inside the buildings since I've seen the outside plenty.

I worked at Gaslight Village for the summers of 1980 and 1981. It was interesting to see these photos after 25 years away! I'm going for a vacation there in two weeks and will reminise.I live in CT now.
