Overview of the whole process. The Hudson has been "coralled" here. Modern day, the smelter and it's equipment is all that's left of the Mcnaughton operation. Note the village to the south.Technically it may be Tahawus, which also had a village, but I think the artist involved here reversed the direction of the village itself. BTW Note the balloonhead that is fishing while everyone is working their ass off.

Thanks for the pics, and to whomever made the model layout, excellent work.

This was some iteration of the village; that goddamn smelter will survive us all; it amazes me to this day.

There really is something behind the saying "They don't make 'em like they used to." What is being built today, that you really think will be still around for our future generations of UE's to find and appreciate? What are we leaving them, just Wal-marts, strip malls, and factories that close up and ship off to other countries. Most of the sites on here are no longer active for a reason, but there was hardwork and creativity put into the buildings, the factories, and their setup that noone ever bothers with now.
