Another typical building destroyed by years of snow and ice. Probably occupied in the forties to the sixties. National lead built housing in Tahawus, which was promptly relocated to Newcomb when a new pit was needed. Visitors to the NL site; the dead end road that ends at the mine tailings used to take you through the Tahawus village. Now it's a hole in the ground. This structure was either reused, or built by folks who chose to live in Adirondak versus the NL village during the ' 40s.
