Description
It's a long way down, never did find out how to get down there. The ladder isn't accessable from anywhere we could find.

What about the step irons set into the side?

Yes, those would be the stepirons which appear to lead to a blank concrete wall. No idea why they are there at all, since you can't get anywhere with them...

I have a LOC in rural GA where a deck was built above step irons like that....

Maybe you could lower a cam in there and see whether the underside is actually a blank concrete wall or maybe has a hole in it. I like to think it has an (inverse) manhole in it.

No there's definitely a ledge under there. You have to find out how to get to that ledge to access the ladder.
