I just used my point and shoot camera and did not slow down while taking the pictures. So most are blurry and I really can not tell if there is a ladder. But I hate heights so I really did not care to check. Plus I would not walk all the way over there to look at that crappy little building anyway. But that little building might be awesome who knows?
