Yes, at least it will continue to serve a useful purpose to house those who will probably be working menial service jobs since the great manufacuturing capability of this country (which this building used to serve) will have been completely p***ed away by the time the condo renovation is done.

It is a shame, but hopefully someone will think to preserve some of the archetectural details like the front entrance especially-that cannot be replicated now.
