wow, this is really giving away the age of the building, those 66 blocks on the bottom are old and obsolete in canada, still used in the states. they were replaced by the much more efficient BIX like you see in the upper row. im surprised such a small phone system is in place, looks like a MICS (the 8x24 has similar cabinets) the voice mail module on the end is either a call pilot or flash (a nam has a cabinet that matches the 8x24 and mics cabinets) nice setup all in all, the phone system although old could probably fetch about 10 000$

I haven't seen many BIX connections here in the states, usually just 66 or 110. And look at all of those discharge tube blocks! (on the left, brass screws) At least the majority of it is neatly done!
