17 / 25   Southern part of the plant

Description
In the main hall of a few pictures back, we were scared by seeing a car we hadn't seen before. We thought it had a running engine, and after a binocular check we saw it had it's window wipers on, but no one in there. Also, it had "GB" painted on it's door so we thought it was security - we decided on a credible tale (just taking pictures) and tried to sneak away trough a door, with as few sound as possible. Therefore we had to walk along the wheel pit (previous picture) and then jumbclimb 2 metre down a wall. However, after doing that, we found out that the car belonged to a fork lift driver who was (on a sunday) driving a crane we had been standing next to about 2 minutes before we spotted the car - a very close miss.

There was a muddy path going from right to left in this picture which had fresh tracks which could belong to the fork lift, so we were very cautious on any sounds - but to our right was a rail yard which was quite active, so we felt a bit scared sneaking around here.

Anyway, this here is looking towards the southern part which is far gloomier and busier than the northern part and houses the actual forges.
