  I think it's being 'stabilized' pending decisions on next steps...can't imagine what it might cost to attempt a restoration or how it might be justified given that it was 'just' an abandoned building...

  too bad - but maybe the rest of the world isn't ready for "American ruins" - You bet they are but that is probably a nice big chunk of mcland that can generate lots of mcbucks over and over and mindlessly, relentlessy, over and over, mindelessly....

  What the hell? I was just checking this place out in 2007. It was in the conversion stages for lofts back then.

  pretty sure this was not (legally) occupied but there were some loft conversions in a nearby property
